The powder can be consumed with cold water or with hot water to make an infusion.

. Adults and children over 12 years old: from 2 to 6 measuring spoons per day, i.e. 3g to 9g of inulin, to be distributed during the day, to be consumed before or after a meal without distinction.
. Children from 3 to 11 years old: 2 measuring spoons per day, i.e. 3g of inulin (4.6g of powder), in a single dose or to be distributed during the day, to be consumed before or after a meal without distinction.

Method of preparation: pour 2 level scoops into 100 ml of water. Mix until completely dissolved and consume immediately.
Consume at best within two months of opening, and keep tightly closed and in a dry place, away from humidity.

Excessive consumption can cause intestinal disorders. Avoid concomitant consumption of fiber medications or other dietary fiber supplements.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
