Usage tips
It is advisable to take up to 1 tablet per day to be swallowed with a large glass of water on a 1 month program.

Composition
Ingredients: bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, marine magnesium, dry extract of lemon balm (Melissa offivcinalis), dry extract of saffron (Crocus sativus) titrated in safranal, vitamin B6, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate. worm film coating (thickener: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, anti-caking agent: talc, coloring agents: calcium carbonate, riboflavin and spirulina extract).

Nutritional analysis for 1 tablet:

marine magnesium 150mg or 40% VNR *,
dry extract of lemon balm (Melissa offivcinalis) 100mg,
dry extract of saffron (Crocus sativus) 30mg,
vitamin B6 1.4mg or 100% VNR *
