concentrated fish oil in the form of ethyl esters titrated to 95% omega 3 which is 475 mg EPA and 375 mg DHA 50 mg, 1.5 mg natural vitamin E, wild fish gelatin, shellac, HPMC and glycerin excipients qs capsule.
Advice
3 capsules per day taken with meals or at bedtime.
