Versatile essential oil, it is a general stimulant. By external route, it is analgesic and anesthetic.



TIPS:

Take a maximum of 2 drops of peppermint essential oil 3 times daily on a Puressentiel neutral tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 of sugar). Do not use pure peppermint essential oil without support or mixed with water.

Equivalence: 1ml> 32 drops (for 10ml)
Equivalence: 1ml -> 31 drops (for 30ml)

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Peppermint essential oil is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use in children under 7 years, pregnant women (especially the first 3 months of pregnancy) or breastfeeding, in people with a history of convulsive or epileptic disorders and in people with allergies to essential oils. For people under medical treatment and in children over 7 years old, get in touch with a health specialist.
