FORMAG, tablet, nutritional supplement containing magnesiu B6 vitamin and taurine 90 tabs

Magnesium is a mineral found in almost all our cells as well as in many foods (chocolate, dried fruits, seafood ...). The SU.VI.MAX study (Supplementation with Vitamins and Minerals Antioxidants) showed that we are 7 out of 10 French people who lack magnesium, despite a balanced diet. Supplementation may therefore be necessary to cover needs.

Formag is composed of:

- magnesium, especially the specific form Hypro-ri® mag extracted from the Dead Sea (known for its high concentration of minerals) which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and reduce fatigue. Magnesium also contributes to normal muscle function.
- vitamin B6 which helps reduce fatigue,
- taurine

Usage tips
1 to 2 tablets a day to swallow with a glass of water.

Composition
Ingredients: Anti-caking agents: calcium phosphates, magnesium stearate and mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, marine magnesium oxide, rice protein hydrolyzate, bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose and sodium carboxymethylcellulose, taurine, caustic agents coating: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and stearic acid, vitamin B6.
