405 mg L-arginine, L-carnitine 240 mg extract of Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) 2,400 mg, L-methionine 210 mg, Coenzyme Q10 105 mg, vitamin E 30 mg Vitamin B6 2 mg Vitamin B9 200 mcg, 1 mcg vitamin B12, anti-caking vegetable stearate Mg, Cr or Cr chloride 25 mcg, shell fish gelatin, excipients qs three capsules.

Advice

1-3 capsules per day taken with a meal.
