Natural, physiological and progressive mode of action thanks to the partially hydrolyzed guar fiber. Laxative action (softens the stools and increases their frequency), rebalances the intestinal flora by its prebiotic action (increases the amount of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus). Tasteless, odorless, without texture. Lactose-free, gluten-free, no added sugars. No coloring, no flavoring, no preservatives. Packaging: box with 5 g measuring cup (bt 125 g = 25 doses, bt 250 g = 50 doses).
Period after opening: 8 weeks.

It is recommended to use from the first feelings of discomfort. The first laxative effects can be felt from 48h to 72h, depending on personal sensitivity.
For a rebalance of the intestinal flora, the recommended duration of intake is at least 14 days. Its mode of action being natural, the catch can be renewed as needed.
Can be mixed with all kinds of non-carbonated drinks (water, coffee, fruit juice, ...) or food (yogurt, soup, ...) hot or cold.
It is advisable to use gradually in order to adjust the dose to individual needs.
- Adult: start with 1 scoop per day and if necessary, depending on personal sensitivity, gradually increase by 1 scoop every 3 days. Do not exceed 4 scoops per day (20 g).
- Child: start with ½ scoop per day then, if necessary, increase to 1 scoop. Do not exceed 1 scoop per day (5 g).
The daily dose should be spread over the day and should not be exceeded without medical advice.
