Lithothamne (Maërl) is a red alga found in its natural state from Scandinavia to the Iberian Peninsula and whose dry matter is almost exclusively made up of mineral substances. It is particularly rich in silicon and calcium and contains many other minerals and trace elements in small doses. Palmaria palmata (Dulse), a red macroalgae, is consumed in northern European countries for its varied content of minerals and trace elements.

Usage tips
It is advisable to take 2 capsules per day to swallow with a large glass of water during the meal. Program over 3 months to renew if necessary.
