Treatment of the three forms of female urinary incontinence (stress , urge or mixed).

In the treatment of stress incontinence , the electrical stimulation is to cause muscle contraction and to improve the function of the pelvic floor muscles .
In the case of incontinence , the objective is to prevent the involuntary bladder contractions by stimulating nerves of the pelvic floor .
Finally mixed to treat incontinence , it is adapted to use a both urinary incontinence and urge urinary incontinence stimulation .
Precautions
Stimulation should be undertaken with extreme caution in patients with uterine or vaginal prolapse total or partial .

Cons -indications
Gyneffik should not be used if :
Implantable electronic devices , including pacemakers and defibrillators intracardiac without the advice of a duly authorized specialist.
Pregnancy.
Genitourinary cancer .
" Incontinence " extra- urethral ( fistula, ectopic ureter ) or overflow due to an obstacle to the evacuation.
Severe urinary retention.
Total peripheral denervation of the pelvic floor.
Immediate vicinity of devices ( <1 m) high frequency and short wave .
Instructions
Cleaning the stimulator off mode ( remote off ) must be carried out after each session. Clean with a mild soap , such as a solution of intimate hygiene. Rinse thoroughly with water. Dry thoroughly with a clean cloth. Store the stimulator in its case load .
