Hyaluronic acid is a polymer found naturally in joints and skin. Its function is structural because it creates a connection network with the skin cells ensuring hydration as well as tissue cohesion. Hyaluronic acid plays an essential role in the elasticity, firmness and youthfulness of the skin.

Coenzyme Q10, also called ubiquinone, is a substance with a role similar to a vitamin. Q10 is naturally present throughout the body and more particularly plays a role in energy production at the cellular level: physiological processes that require energy expenditure need coenzyme Q10. Its properties make it an active ingredient of choice in many cosmetics.

Dosage

Dietary supplement. Reserved for adults.

Take 1 capsule per day during a meal with a large glass of water (250 ml).
