GYNEDYSPROTECT helps maintain good comfort before and during menstruation, soothes occasional pain and helps regulate the cycle thanks to lady's mantle, PEA and borage. Packaged in 40 capsules for a dose ranging from 1 to 4 capsules per day, i.e. a treatment duration which can cover up to 2 menstrual cycles.

What benefits?

Premenstrual comfort and painful periods: helps regulate the cycle and soothes occasional pain
1 to 4 capsules per day.
Before periods in pre-menstrual syndrome: 2 capsules per day for 10 days.
Painful periods: 4 capsules per day for 5 days.
