PHYSIOMANCE® SPM provides, for 2 vegetable capsules:
150 mg of yarrow extract, which helps soothe menstrual abdominal cramps;
200 mg of lady's mantle extract, which helps maintain good comfort before and during the menstrual cycle;
40 mg of chasteberry extract, which also helps maintain good physiological comfort during the menstrual cycle;
333.3 mg of griffonia simplicifolia extract titrated at 100 mg in 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), precursor of serotonin;
250 mg of cherry stem extract, which facilitates the body's elimination functions;
100% of AR** in vitamins B5 and B6. Vitamin B5 contributes to the normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones; vitamin B6 helps regulate hormonal activity.
