Indications

diabetic ulcers, venous ulcers, vascular ulcers, pressure sores.

Cons-indications

known hypersensitivity to any component.

Composition

lyophilized compound oxidized regenerated cellulose (ORC) and collagen.

Advice

before application of ablating tissue necrotic. Clean the wound site. Then apply the matrix over the entire surface of the wound. On little or non-weeping lesions, the moistened matrix with a sodium chloride solution. Cover with a non-adherent dressing to maintain a moist environment. Switch matrix every 72 hours depending on the amount of exudate.
