USAGE TIPS
Before use, blow your nose to remove mucus.
Remove the cap.
Tilt your head to the side while positioning yourself over the sink.
Carefully place the tip into the nostril.
Exert slight pressure to allow the solution to come out.
Let the excess solution flow out to drain mucus and blow your nose.
Repeat the process in the other nostril.
Wash the tip with water and dry it.
Repeat sprays as often as necessary to thoroughly eliminate mucus.
Do not use the same spray for different people.
