Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and alleviate the effects of jet lag. It is therefore ideal in the event of nocturnal awakenings.

Composition for 3 sprays:
Aqueous extract of Melissa 295mg

Take 3 sprays per day in the mouth 30 minutes before bedtime. Shake well before use. Use within 3 months of first use.
