USAGE TIPS
Apply morning and evening:
- just under the lower eyelid, from the inside out.
- just above the upper eyelid, from the inside out.
Put in the fridge for maximum cooling effect! This will increase the decongestion of the eye contour for an even more effective reduction of dark circles and puffiness.
