How to use Aromastop, chewing gum, from PRANAROM?

It is advisable to take a maximum of 8 gums per day: one gum per dose.
Chew it for at least 5 to 10 minutes.
No particular chewing technique.

Ingredients: Isolmalt sweetener; gum base (soy); sweetener: sorbitol; stabilizer: gum arabic; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; essential oils: Spearmint (Mentha spicata); Mandarin (Citrus reticulata), True lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Peppermint (Mentha x piperita), romatin CT cineole (Riosmarinus officinalis); Anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; natural mint flavor, sweetener: steviol glycosides.
