Usage tips
In order to benefit from all the benefits of XL-S Force 5, it is recommended to take 2 capsules and this 3 times a day immediately after the main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
If you want less weight loss with a 2 month goal, take only 1 capsule always 3 times a day immediately after the main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
Even when you skip a meal, it is advisable to take the capsule anyway.
Some recommendations:
- it is advisable not to exceed 6 capsules per day
- it is important to drink enough water during the day
It is recommended to take a break of 3-5 days after each period of 4 weeks of use, in accordance with the directive on medical devices 93/42 / EEC

To guarantee the benefits of fiber on gastrointestinal transit, it is advisable to drink at least 2L of water per day. Mild constipation may occur with insufficient water intake.
Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if your BMI is less than 18.5, or in the 2 hour interval following or before taking fat-soluble drugs (such as the contraceptive pill for example).
