Composition

oxide marine Mg (magnesium marine extract seawater) and Mg or Mg carbonate 300 mg, bulking agent corn starch, talc and caking Mg salts of fatty acids, filler carboxymethylcellulose, vitamin B6 20 mg Indigotine dye, vitamin B9 (folic acid) 200 mg tablet qs.

Advice

1 tablet daily in the morning at breakfast or at bedtime, swallowed with a full glass of water.
