The belt model Elegance High CoolMax ® has adjustable and removable straps and two rows of fasteners with clips to facilitate adjustment. The crotch is closed with staples and is lined with a cotton fabric.

Many cosmetic surgical procedures must be followed by a compressive therapy scientifically calibrated. For example, in the case of liposuction, postoperative edema, and a phenomenon called "waves" may also appear. A calculated compression is needed to minimize these effects without interfering with muscle movements.

In this context, a wide range of clothing is available in several sizes and fabrics, Standard and CoolMax ® provides the required pressure ranges.

The Elegance range is made with CoolMax ® fabric. This revolutionary fabric is more breathable and comfortable than any other available on the market at present matter. It wicks moisture to the outer layer of the fabric and dries quickly. This special 4-channel fiber allows air to easily pass through the garment. CoolMax ® is ideal for post-operative garments to be worn just 6 to 8 weeks after surgery.

A range of clothing is available in several sizes for each type of surgery.

A voltage equal horizontal and vertical expansion optimizes uniform pressure with which the garment can be worn immediately after the operation without creating discomfort for the patient.
Seams are flat within the garment. This technique is also used to manufacture compression garments tailored for large burns.

Reviewed clinically, each garment is a real medical product. More than 200 patients have tested each item to help us determine the appropriate controlled pressure and duration of use beyond which the garment will be more effective.
