It was specifically designed for heel blisters, often due to sports activity. It acts as a second skin for:

Usage tips
Cleanse and dry your skin before applying the COMPEED® dressing. Make sure the skin is free of cream or oil.
Remove the protective paper from the top, then the paper from the bottom, avoiding touching the adhesive part.
Apply the dressing firmly to the blister, making sure the edges are flattened.
Leave the dressing in place until it comes off on its own (note: it can stay in place for several days *).
To remove the dressing: do not pull it upwards, but pull it gently along the skin.
