borage oil (borage oil, antioxidants natural mixed tocopherols) 213 mg with GLA 38.34 mg, tunic fish gelatin, fish oil (fish oil, antioxidants natural mixed tocopherols) 120 mg EPA with 14.4 mg , sea buckthorn oil (antioxidant rosemary extract) 180 mg with Omega 7 60.5 mg, 83 mg alpha-lipoic acid, ascorbic acid 60 mg, humectant glycerol, Zn or Zn sulfate 15 mg, thickening yellow beeswax, D -tocopherol (sunflower oil, D-alpha-tocopherol) or vitamin E 10 mg, brown dye of Fe oxide (glycerol, Fe oxide), cyanocobalamin (filler maltodextrin) 1 mcg, acidifying trisodium citrate and citric acid, an excipients qs marine capsule.

Advice

1 capsule per day with breakfast in treatment for two months renewable.
