Usage tips
1 tablet per day, in the evening (dinner) or according to the advice of a health professional.
For convincing results, it is recommended to take it over 3 months, renewable.
Composition
Ingredients: Magnesium oxide of marine origin; valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis L.); anti-caking agent (microcrystalline cellulose); Ruscus aculeatus L. extract with 10% ruscogenin; anti-caking agents (dicalcium phosphate, tricalcium phosphate); black cohosh extract (Cimicifuga racemosa L. Nutt.); zinc citrate; saffron extract (Crocus sativus) with 2% safranal; rice protein hydrolyzate; folic acid (vitamin B9); coating agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid); vitamin K2; anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate); cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12); cholecalciferol (vitamin D); pyridoxyne hydrochloride (vitamin B6); melatonin.
