Professional advice:

Dermal :
3 to 4 drops of H.E.C.T. massage on the skin, repeated 3 times a day for 5 to 6 days.
Complementarily, you can always take 3 drops orally, in honey, olive oil or on a sugar cane, under the tongue, for 5 to 7 days.
Daily, 1 drop of tea tree and 1 drop of lemon on the toothbrush before the toothpaste and brush your teeth.
