This compression garment can be used following abdominoplasty operations, liposuction of the arms, armpits, back (upper, middle or lower), flanks, hips or buttocks.
The Panty Bras Elegance Coolmax® is the combination of a vest with sleeves and Lipo Panty shorts
Maintenance application with permanent pressure, anti-edematous. The pressure thus obtained ensures perfect support while allowing total freedom of movement.
Front closure with hooks (2 rows of hooks for a good fit)

Many cosmetic surgical procedures must be followed by scientifically calibrated compression therapy. For example, in the case of liposuction, post-operative edema forms and a phenomenon known as “waves” may also appear. Calculated compression is then necessary to minimize these effects without impeding muscle movement.
With this in mind, a wide range of garments are available in several sizes and fabrics, with the Standard and CoolMax® ranges providing the required pressure.
The Elegance range is made with CoolMax® fabric. This revolutionary fabric is more breathable and comfortable than any other material available on the market today. It wicks moisture to the outer layer of the fabric and dries quickly. This special 4-channel fiber allows air to easily pass through the garment. CoolMax® is perfectly suited for post-operative clothing which must be worn 6 to 8 weeks immediately after the operation.

A range of garments is available in several sizes for each type of surgical operation.
An equal tension of horizontal and vertical expansion optimizes uniform pressure so that the garment can be worn immediately after the operation without creating discomfort for the patient.
The seams are flat inside the garment. This technique is also used to manufacture made-to-measure compression garments intended for severe burn victims.
Clinically evaluated, each garment is a real medical product. Over 200 patients have tested each item to help us determine the appropriate controlled pressure and duration of use beyond which the garment will no longer be effective.
