Key ingredients that target sleep:
- Eschscholzia (California poppy) is a sedative herb that reduces nervousness and restlessness before bed, making it easier to fall asleep. It decreases nocturnal awakenings and soothes vesicle ailments, intestinal pain and irritation due to its antispasmodic effect.
- Magnesium and vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B8 participate in the proper functioning of the nervous system, contribute to regulate neurotransmitters and reduce the negative effects of stress.
- Taurine is a natural calming agent which regulates sleep and all memory mechanisms. It inhibits the excitement of the nervous system and reduces the hyperexcitability of muscle cells, thus making it possible to act directly on stress.
- Vitamin B5 (or pantothenic) acts as an essential relay for many chemical and enzymatic transformations to improve physical and mental well-being.

Usage tips
It is advisable to take 1 hour before bedtime 1 or 2 tablets (depending on your need) to swallow with a large glass of water. The intake can be modulated, the optimal dose being 2 tablets.
Take only in the evening. For the day, it is best to supplement with D-Stress® or D-Stress® booster.
