It also contains zinc and chromium:

Chromium helps maintain normal blood sugar levels.

2 capsules per day to be distributed throughout the day: 1 for breakfast and 1 for lunch

Ingredients: Corn starch; Coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; Lyophilized microorganisms Hafnia alvei HA4597®; Zinc (zinc bisglycinate); Gelling agent: gellan gum; Anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; Chromium (chromium picolinate).
