The essential oil of clove has a frank and powerful smell.
The clove comes from Indonesia, which remains the leading producer of cloves, but these are mainly used to make kreteks, local cigarettes. The essential oil comes from Madagascar, Tanzania, Sri Lanka, Comoros and Mayotte. The flower buds are picked before maturity and dried to form "nails".

The clove is known for its anti-infectious, soothing and even anesthetic action in case of dental pain but its field of activity is much broader than that: it acts in all the cases of infections of the oral cavity, the nose, ears and bronchi. It is also a powerful tonic in case of general fatigue.



TIPS:

Take a maximum of 2 drops of clove essential oil 3 times daily on a Puressentiel neutral tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 of sugar). Do not use pure clove essential oil without support or mixed with water.
